“I discovered New Horizon Clinic December 2021 after Mountain View Family Practice stopped taking our United Health Insurance. I researched various primary care facilities and decided to make an appointment at New Horizons, even though it was a pay as you go clinic. I had a serious health issue and needed to see a physician as soon as possible. New Horizon scheduled my appointment in two weeks.I was happily surprised by the genuine concern NP Rojo had for me. He listened to my concerns, asked me several questions, reviewed my history thoroughly and ordered several test that would help determine what I had going on. I do not go to the doctor often. I only go for serious issues. I prefer a holistic approach and riding out pain, sickness, and illnesses. I firmly believe the doctor's office is the best place to catch something you do not want; so I stay away. However, I had a serious emergency that needed an explanation.NP Rojo and the other nurses were very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend New Horizon to everyone that needs a primary physician. Even though Prisma and Mountain View Family Practice have started accepting United Health Care Insurance again, I will still use NP Rojo and the other doctors at New Horizon.”
“The woman at the front desk was incredible! She was so kind and engaging. I had to wait a much longer time than I anticipated —I guess because of the tests that were ordered. It could have been a frustrating experience, but the woman at the front was great at communicating.
If I needed to hire an employee I would have tried to headhunt her.”

“The ladies that work here are amazing. I’ve had blood drawn twice before with no issues, but went today and unexpectedly fainted. They were so incredible and took care of me right away and got me feeling much better. They had water, fans and were helping me move my arms and legs. They all came to help. They are compassionate, friendly, professional and just a delight. Before I fainted I was reading a thank you letter a prior patient had sent Ms. Sherri and I can see why. She checked on me multiple times before I left. I highly recommend this place.”
