“I was impressed with the professionalism and performance of the Pack Rat Team from Greer SC in their delivery and pick-up up of an 8’ container I used for a long distance shipment. Manager Todd Allen and drivers Jason Sellers and Calvin Knight were outstanding. Todd called me a day prior, explained the spatial requirements of the delivery truck, and gave me Jason’s name and an accurate estimate of Jason’s arrival time. The next day Jason called me an hour prior to his arrival and confirmed where I wanted the container and which direction I wanted the doors to face. His subsequent arrival was on time and his delivery perfect. Todd called me later that day and gave me Calvin’s name and ETA for the pick up. The next day Calvin called about an hour before his arrival and coordinated pick up of the container. His subsequent on-time arrival and operation of his truck and its lifting mechanism was flawless. Todd Allen later called to check on the operation. I thanked him and told him I was totally satisfied.”
