Driver that delivered was patient and made sure I got it exactly where I wanted it and that it was level. Will recommend to anyone looking to buy a container!”
“I love this storage place. It’s clean, climate controlled like it should be and the people who work here are so friendly and helpful. I left for a time to go somewhere else that was a little cheaper but now I’ve come back because that place was dirty, my furniture mildewed, so not sure why I was paying for climate control, and it smelled bad! We recently needed to get a larger storage unit for some additional household items we needed to store. Randy had one available close to our old unit. He was able to accomplish the transfer in the system over the phone rather quickly. He also assisted us with gaining access when we arrived and were having difficulty initially with our phone application and the new unit. Great service.”

“I've had a great experience with this facility, and a big part of that is the manager, Steve. He has always answered my questions clearly and confidently, even when I asked detailed questions that most customers probably wouldn't think to ask.
What stands out most is his attention to detail and professionalism. Whenever there has been a gate issue or any facility-related concern, he's addressed it promptly and followed up to make sure it was being handled. He clearly takes pride in his work and stays on top of what needs to be done, which gives me confidence storing my belongings here.
One moment that really impressed me was when he noticed I had removed one of the locks from my unit and took the time to ask if I had done it intentionally. The fact that he remembered and noticed something that specific showed me how attentive he is to both the property and the customers.
Steve is the kind of employee every company hopes to have. He genuinely seems to enjoy what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work.
