“this location is so much better than others I have been to. They have more available from a packing/shipping perspective and the people are so helpful and kind. the line was incredibly long and a woman behind the desk offered to show all of us with prelabeled packages how to use the automated machine. it cut the line in half and i'm sure even those without prepaid labels were glad!looks like they have some challenges with the passport potion but both times i've been in they've been helping folks with their passports and photos and no one seems to be upset.”

Even with the holidays rush and business the staff were friendly professional and helpful!I guess maybe in busy time have someone assisting customers at the kiosk. Most people don’t know how to use it or even that you have it available.After hours you can drop off pre-labeled packages into a special secured box which is located inside the building.”
