GM spent more time reviewing the damage to my car and explaining the repair process than all the other repair facilities combined - his estimate was right on. Regency handled all the insurance paperwork and Enterprise Car Rental was next door. Overall very happy with repairs and process!”

“I'm new to the area and I was nervous about finding service for our Audi from a shop that wouldn't judge me as just another sucker from Ohio coming through the door. I even made sure I had SC plates. WOW what a surprise. Where has Hudson Auto been my whole life ?? If they had a location in the snow Belt I might still be living there. Ironically I was referred by another local shop that only works on American cars. Even their Peers refer to them ! How impressive is that? I was Totally blown away by the service and their honesty and integrity. It's my wife's car and I woul have sworn it needed new brakes. Not the case... turns out the brakes had lots of miles left my wife just needs more drivers ed on when to brake ! I'll be back again and again.”

Trey and his team are very detailed oriented, diagnosed my issues, provided photos and explanation of their process to repair and even provided a lower cost, better than OEM option; and took the time to also answer other non-issue related advice and maintenance questions. When I picked up my car, Trey even showed me the cracks and dry rotted parts that were replaced and that were provided in photos and that I had also seen on some BMW forums. Lastly, they have an app which makes communication, photos, documentation and approvals much easier to follow and is streamlined for efficiency.

“I brought my car here yesterday after work to have the battery checked, since my car had been slow to start that day. A gentleman helped me test my battery, and explained my reading. Then a nice young lady helped me pick out a replacement, and another gentleman installed it for me. He installed it so quickly I didn't even realize he was done! My car started right up, and I was on my way. I greatly appreciate the help that I received.

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there and my experience with them, they deserve a 10/10. Everyone was very communicative from start to finish, I fully understood what was being done to my vehicle. They even provided me an update each day the vehicle was in their possession. I got my vehicle back well before the date they said all of the work would be completed. I asked them for a couple other quotes and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them very soon in the future for other work! The prices are extremely reasonable, and I appreciate how transparent they are about everything. If you need anything done to your vehicle, I definitely recommend bringing it here!”
