“I recently had body work done on my car at Regency Collision and would rate them at 4.6 out of 5. The scheduling, communication, explanations of insurance process and staff interactions were stellar at 5! The completed body work looks great! I rate at 4.6 as I was not completely satisfied with cleaning of the inside and outside of the car and there was confusion in regard to specifics of the work process. I do believe that there was an oversight and the final trim prep was not reviewed before I was called to pick up the car which certainly can happen during the busy holiday season.I have used this business previously and had no issues so I returned. Overall great experience, completed body work looks great and delightful staff. Would not hesitate to recommend!”

“Easy and convenient location to get in to if you're only taking right turns. Turning left out of the parking lot, and sometimes left into the parking lot, will result in heartburn and raised levels of anxiety. That being said, service was super helpful. I went in knowing what part number I needed. He went out back to get it, verified with me that he grabbed the right one, and then rang me up and I was off to the races.
