Tracking information said package can be picked up between 10:10am and 2:10pm today. The delivery driver didn't attempt to deliver the package at the business location. I get to the pickup location to receive my package at 12:38. The hours on the door says pickup times are from 9am-12pm and from 4pm -7pm. M-F. Mind you I drove 35 minutes to get there, and it's a Friday. I said I'll just come back Monday. I gets here Monday morning. They have a note on the door stating they are close today sorry for the inconvenience they will be back open tomorrow at 9am. This place has to do better.

This depot is a black hole. If your tracking says “out for delivery”or “arrived at facility” for more than 24 hrs, you won’t get your package. Horrible!! I’ve requested UPS delivery with as many orders as possible to avoid Ladson FedEx. So where are all of these missing packages??

Fed Ex will not let you talk by phone even after their delivery people repeatedly fail to deliver. There is no way to get through to correct their terrible service. They contract out to people who do not deliver. They do not care. Use someone else.

I'm so disgusted by who they hire as drivers. They parked in front of my house for a package I need to sign for. I walked outside and they closed their door and drove off and now it says they attempted a delivery. Worst company ever.

I have been waiting on a package for three days now. The first attempt, it said it was attempted to be delivered during a time frame where I was at work. I had requested a certain time frame and paid for that so that way I could be at home when it was delivered but they still went much earlier than the time frame I selected. The second attempt, the driver said they attempted to deliver the package but I had taken off of work that time, and no one had come to my door. Today is the third attempt, and I'm hoping to actually receive my package before they try to send it back.

ZERO STARS! This is literally the 10th time FedEx has messed up a delivery to my house. Most of the time they deliver it to our neighbors’ houses despite repeated calls about it. They managed to read google maps and deliver it to the the proper house ONCE before going back to being completely incompetent. The latest time our Hello Fresh delivery failed to deliver: you know what their excuse was? THEY COULDN’T FIND MY HOUSE! My house is large, on a main road, comes up on google, has address numbers on the mailbox, and if you type in the address there is even a picture of it! When I called to complain again, they asked if it was a new development. It was built in 1908. It hasn’t moved for over 100 years. I don’t know how FedEx is even a company because their drivers are the most incompetent, pea-brained, idiotic people to ever walk the face of the Earth. A child could find my house better than whatever excuse for a functioning human being they have delivering packages when I wouldn’t even trust them to tie their shoes.

Three times in one month, the driver simply quits his shift and I get a message unable to deliver package due to : Exception Reason: 1. Customer Not Available or Business ClosedA female driver told me they know this guy is a problem and he does this frequently.My house is open 24 / 7 with video recording and I was home both day and night off from work. I actually saw the driver in my neighborhood today with many packages in the back of his truck. My packages never required a signature. The driver simply lies and states "Business Closed / Customer Not Available"FedEx has a lot of problems right now. The call centers are all overseas, but the Ladson Office is burdened with too much work and some drivers who have no integrity.I didn't choose FedEx, the business who I purchased from choose FedEx. Trying to get in touch with the managers at the Ladson SC FedEx Ground location is cumbersome, and I hope they address the problem, but I have no faith in them to hire people who can handle the work load they have. The workers are likely severly overworked if they are attemting pack deliveries at 839 pm and 845 pm at night. Just be honest and tell customers to send the packages to a FedEx location and pick up your package there. It helps your drivers and helps the customers. But please stop lying about deliver attempts.

Zero stars if I could. They don't deliver, but make you chase your package. 3 times ive ordered something and had to call and tell them to hold it at the facility for me to get because the delivery service is incompetent and always loads the item on the "wrong route" multiple days in a row.Worse is the 1st line of customer service who have no clue what is happening but read from a screen that tells you the same info as your tracking information.
