“I was inquiring about CD rates and had a great conversation with Mrs. Carlene. She ask was I looking for a short or long term and she politely went through all the terms and rates. She was so patient and kind. I had a great experience and looking forward to opening a CD with Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union.”

“Very professional and wonderful service. The only issue I have ever had with them is the hours are not always consistent but I believe this may be related to staffing and the pandemic so that is very understandable. Otherwise very happy with this branch and service is top rate!”

“I haven’t lived in the area long and visited the Rincon Branch to open some accounts with a local bank. Mrs. Denton opened my accounts. She is the assistant branch manager. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Truthfully everyone there was. They make you feel welcome and were so kind. I have made transactions in the branch since I opened the account and it has been a great experience every time.”
