While staff can be pressured to purchase add-ons, the location is generally recommended for its good customer service, despite sometimes being out of the way and leading to extra mileage costs. Larry was quite helpful and made the pick-up and drop-off process quick and easy. The truck was clean and I would rent from this location again when needed.
