“Just had the best customer service experience ever... I went in with defective gas hose for propane fire pit. I was expecting to have to replace it but David was wonderful, he called another gentlemen over and between them both they figured out what I needed they got their tools out and fixed me right up. I got home put it together and guess what... No gas leak. Can't say I would have gotten such great service elsewhere. BTW $11 and change. Thank you”
