“If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. I came down for a friend's wedding, and the team at The Mantissa Hotel made it an unforgettable experience.

The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived, but the absolute highlight was when they went out of their way to open the rooftop bar for our wedding party late at night. It was the perfect cap to an eventful evening and a memory we’ll have forever.

Matthew Lee and Justin specifically were incredible; they were so willing to work with us to make everything perfect and personable. On top of the stellar service, the rooms were impressively large and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.”

“It’s good, but…

Overall, this was a nice, normal stay. The lady at the front desk was very kind and sweet, and made the check in go smoothly. It wasn’t a long wait to check in too! We got a nice view of nature, and the room was normal for a hotel room. We only stayed here for the night, so there weren’t many downsides. The service was good, the location was by some local good restaurants, and the room was pretty normal. Just there were a few downsides.

1. TOILET RUNNING FOR A LONG TIME AFTER BEING FLUSHED.

When we got into the room, we unloaded the car, put our stuff down, and ran some errands. Pretty normal. But, before we went to have some dinner, somebody in our party went to the bathroom. And after they were done, the toilet was running. Pretty normal. And then we went out to eat dinner. But then, when we got back, THE TOILET WAS STILL RUNNING!!! We got this fixed, but it was very weird.

2. DISCUSTING WASH RAG LEFT FROM A PAST VISITOR IN THE SHOWER.
There was an old wash rag in the shower. Left by a past visitor.

This was a nice, normal stay. I recommend this place if you are staying for a short time
Like a long weekend, halfway stay, or visiting family. So there won’t be many downsides. I would highly recommend this place for staying a shorter time.”

“Have stayed here several times over past few months. Locations is extremly convenient..stores and restaurants are easily within walking distance. . Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The entire parking lot is lit up very well at night, which helps guests feel safe. The couple that runs it,and their staff, are extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend booking a room with them!”
