“I came here to help a friend move. Carmelita was really nice to me. She noticed a unstable box I stacked. She stopped me and thank God she did. The box was heavy and full of glass. After correcting it we laughed and joked around. She said I was not allowed to self harm myself on the property. I went home and told my wife about it, and she said I better tell Carmelitas boss just how much she cares about the business and tenants.”

“Jennifer really helped me get the right storage unit. I was extremely exhausted and didn't know what I needed. She showed me several units and asked about my needs and items. I thank her so much for her help during a difficult time in my life. She is a jewel.”

“When I first used this storage location it was owned by another company and in less than 2 months several units were broken into, including mine taking all my deceased wife's silver settings . I have had no further instances like this since ownership changed hands.”
