“Raven provided exceptional customer service for my family. She noticed that the five people in our party were a bit snug in the car that we rented. She offered to have us switch into a mini-van. She drove up the van and within a couple minutes we were in a much more comfortable vehicle. I was very impressed by how quickly she improved the situation--without us even asking!”
“All went smoothly, rented car alone, looking for economy, and was given a wildcard brand new van which was a gas guzzler and hard to navigate controls……..hardly economy for one person”
“The staff with Enterprise at 140 Beach City Rd on HHI were excellent to do business with. They helped me with a vehicle that fit my needs while my car was in for repair due to a crash. They (Michelle) were patient and courteous with me when a problem with the insurance of the other party failed to do their job in a timely manner. Very good employees!”

“My family and I arrived for our vacation at HHI, SC on 7-18-25 to 7-23-25. Ashley was excellent and made sure everything went smoothly to get us going. The car they gave us was nice, great AC, and got us around to go on adventures that we never been to before. Brought the car back and Alexis greeted me with a smile. She let me know what was charged and thanking us. Need to remind myself to get a SUV next time ?. Thank you so much and see ya next time!!”

“Total opposite experience from most others here. Station closes at 530p. My flight only LEFT CLT at 545p. I was freaking out, called the phone number and of course got a mindless call center. Little to no help. Pleasantly surprised to get to the terminal and representative was not only there, had everything ready, but also upgraded us and was 5* pleasant!!!!!”

“Outstanding experience at the Hilton Head Thrifty picking up the car, extending the rental (you must call their location directly) and returning the vehicle. I intentionally did NOT use their competitors due to historical issues with overcharging and customer service. I found Thrifty to be on point and I will definitely use them again!”
