Would be good to know ahead of time they need to charge $400 to your credit card upon arrival that they reimburse when you bring it back. The employees were extremely friendly!! We enjoyed the car. “Outstanding experience at the Hilton Head Thrifty picking up the car, extending the rental (you must call their location directly) and returning the vehicle. I intentionally did NOT use their competitors due to historical issues with overcharging and customer service. I found Thrifty to be on point and I will definitely use them again!”
