“We've been DVC members for about 10 years but we had never been to this Hilton Head resort. So we decided to give it a shot on our road trip down to Florida. We are SO glad we did! We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe studio right before Christmas. It was not busy at all. It WAS chillier than we were expecting, so we did wish we had packed more sweatshirts! But we still had a fabulous time! We rented bikes through the Disney resort and LOVED riding them to the beach! The Disney beach house was nice, and we loved that they had beach toys for our kids to borrow and use while on the beach! We also loved doing a craft each day at the community hall. And we fit in a dolphin tour through Dolphin Discoveries that was absolutely amazing!! So much fun! We'd definitely come back to this resort... maybe when it's a tad bit warmer! ;)”
“I had the best experience! The price is right and if you check out their snacks that they supply at the office every day you will be surprised. You won’t only be getting a room full of amenities but if you check out anytime by 7am you’ll also get back $50 ! I was just there and had the best experience! Stop by their office in the morning, and you’ll be able to enjoy the pastries or donuts that they had purchased for their guests. Mention you seen it on Google. They made my stay at Simple Rewards Inn in Hilton Head S.C the best!”
“Except for the forklift and messy shuffle floor boards off our level 1 balcony, the trash bin which the reception guy took charge of, the place is relaxing here and walks around Seapines is enjoyable. Just much smaller that other MVCs. Activities listed are limited that you’ll have to instead walk /hike go to Monarch to join.”
“Very nice resort. This resort is right on the beach and has activities every day of the week which nearly all are included. There are 4 main pools on-site including an indoor one, along with a gym, hot tub, grills, and recreational areas. You can take out equipment for ping-pong, fuesball, and shuffleboard. The staff are pleasant and helpful. If you need anything for your room you can call and ask. Finally the beach itself is beautiful. In the mornings you can watch the sunrise easily from some rooms or by walking along the beach. Definitely recommend if you're staying at Hilton Head.”

“The rooms were very spacious, but unlike a hotel, there was not daily room service to get fresh towels and empty the trash cans. I also didn't like the fact that it was located inside Sea Pines.”

It’s the perfect spot for family fun — the condos are well-maintained, and the beach and pool areas are easily accessible. Plus, the bike rental right on the property makes exploring even more fun. We've been coming here for five years and plan to keep the tradition alive — no regrets, only great memories.”
“Great location, very convenient access to a great section of the beach. Staff was great. It was super hot out and rooms were clean, but did not get super cool. All in all a great place and I would recommend for a beach trip.”
“The fitness center is probably the best amenity of the whole resort. Plenty of equipment and room to workout. Although the ceiling of the pool is and eye sore, and according to the reviews it has been like that for years, with some kind of foamy looking insulation or something covering it. Anyway other than that, great place to workout!”
“Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues with the room. The shower wasn’t sealed properly, so water flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used. The room also didn’t have any hand soap, and the conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the staff was accommodating and allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Hopefully the maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed, as that would make for a much better experience.”

“This property is on the ocean and has been updated. It is off season when we visited and staffing was smaller. Some services seemed to suffer. We called down to valet to retrieve our car and twice no one answered and we found menu offerings to be less. The staff is very skilled and helpful and the beach is great!”

“Vacation Club Owners with Marriott. Though an older resort, it has been well kept and updated. Modern fixtures and decor. Several pools and family areas as well as more quiet zones. Bike rentals available on site as well as many amenities.”
