“This was a very relaxing trip for myself and my family. We have a 6 member household and brought an additional friend with us and had plenty of room in the villa we had. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient and the amenities at the resort were top notch. This was such a good trip for us 2 years ago that we are going again this summer. Update. We did come back this summer and had a blast. This time we had a total of 8 of us staying in the 2 bedroom villa. Plenty of room. The only hiccup we had was the condenser on the air conditioner died out while we were there. I called down to the desk and they sent someone right up to inspect the issue. Not only did he find the problem he also got another room with working A/C set up for us while they fixed the broken one the next day. Moving from one room to another was not ideal but we were grateful that they had another room for us so quickly to make our stay comfortable. The staff there were friendly as always and the kids had lots of activities to keep them busy. I highly recommend renting a bike for the stay. Hilton Head is very bike friendly and there are lots of place to bike to.”

“Vacation Club Owners with Marriott. Though an older resort, it has been well kept and updated. Modern fixtures and decor. Several pools and family areas as well as more quiet zones. Bike rentals available on site as well as many amenities.”
“Except for the forklift and messy shuffle floor boards off our level 1 balcony, the trash bin which the reception guy took charge of, the place is relaxing here and walks around Seapines is enjoyable. Just much smaller that other MVCs. Activities listed are limited that you’ll have to instead walk /hike go to Monarch to join.”

“The rooms were very spacious, but unlike a hotel, there was not daily room service to get fresh towels and empty the trash cans. I also didn't like the fact that it was located inside Sea Pines.”

“The fitness center is probably the best amenity of the whole resort. Plenty of equipment and room to workout. Although the ceiling of the pool is and eye sore, and according to the reviews it has been like that for years, with some kind of foamy looking insulation or something covering it. Anyway other than that, great place to workout!”
“Great trip, amazing beach access and pools, top notch service. Molly looked like she was on roller skates around the adults only pool in 100F heat nonstop, and Jenna helped get all the clothes my bone headed self left hanging in the closet shipped to me within days. My excuse is I was TOO RELAXED. Will go again.”
“Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues with the room. The shower wasn’t sealed properly, so water flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used. The room also didn’t have any hand soap, and the conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the staff was accommodating and allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Hopefully the maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed, as that would make for a much better experience.”

“This was our second trip to the Sonesta Resort. We were pleasantly surprised with the remodel and felt that the ambience of the lobby and the new bar were amazing. The service and staff at Sonesta are incredibly. From the front desk to the housecleaning staff, everyone greets you with a smile and they check-in to make sure you have all that you need. It is coming up on the off-season so it was quieter, but still busy. The weather was great and we plan to go back again next fall. We would be remiss if we did not give a shout out to some extraordinary staff. Felicia and Davian were working behind the bar at Driftwood Rum Bar and they were so wonderful! We also got to catch up with Yvette in the spa and seeing her again was wonderful!”
