The end of day report card was comforting with the pictures. The staff were all so nice and wonderful. Unfortunately when we got home we found out Scrappy had a tumor in his throat and this week crossed the rainbow bridge. We miss him so much but wanted to make sure that we extended our appreciation to your team that took care of him while we were there. We will definitely use you all again in the future!”

“I would like to give Melody a 10 star review if it all possible. This woman was full of smiles, stopped everything she was doing to help me three different times. Was the only employee I could find in the entire store on a Saturday Afternoon. And was such a joy to be helped by. She's also also easy on the eyes which helps as well, lol. One of the things that we had picked out for my dog was incorrect. I was in Bluffton and stopped by the Bluffton store to return it where I was informed without a receipt and them, not being on the same system they can only give me a store credit. The lady at the cash register was actually scary looking was satanic emblems all over her neck and her ears. After seeing how I should be treated at a Petsmart, it cost me $300 just to walk in the front door, I will never go to the Bluffton store again from now on Melody has made Petsmart on Hilton head my new home store. Now if anybody's reading in corporate, would that make sense for me to drive past the Bluffton store just to go 25 minutes to 30 minutes further to Hilton head because the service is so much better. Fix your Bluffton store maybe Model after the Hilton head store ...
