“I'm a wheelchair user and can't really walk. When I picked up the trailer, a gentleman hooked up the trailer and everything all by himself without me having to get out of the car! When I went to return it, it was raining. Adrian and Bianca (I think that's their names) were AWESOME and unhooked the trailer for me, once again without me having to get out of the car. “WOW these people on here complaining about there hours are crazy the reason they sometimes can not answer the phone is because there busy helping a customer in front of them, i don't know about you but i like to be taken care of when i'm standing there, rather then have them tell me to hold on while they take a future reservation all you have to do is leave a message you knuckleheads , i have rented from them several times and had a great experience everytime with excellent customer service...i appreciate this store very much there not the closest to me but i like the way they take care of me the customer...thankful bob”
