“We stopped at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Ravenel, SC after our Jaguar warned us that the coolant level was low. We needed to wait for the engine to cool before we could do anything, and Jessica and another young woman on the team (with the most beautiful nails!) went above and beyond to help us.
Even though we didn’t end up buying anything, they treated us like valued customers. They patiently answered our questions, gave us helpful advice, and even connected us with a local mechanic they knew who guided us on what to do next.
What touched us the most was that one of the employees bought a little toy car for our son with her own money just to make him smile while we waited. That small act of kindness meant so much to us.

“Great experience! When I think of car dealerships I immediately DREAD the pushy salesmen and the overwhelming number of phone calls and emails that I get after browsing the lot. That was not the case at Ravenel Ford. Tommy assisted me with the car buying process and he was fantastic! He was patient, polite and knowledgable. I hadn't intended on buying a car that afternoon and had only gone to the dealership to browse and see what I liked. As it turned out, I found a great SUV at a really good price and the deal was too good to pass up. I decided to buy but was short on time.
