I had an issue with my member card a while back and he went above and beyond to help me get it rectified. And while I don’t think he remembers me specifically, he always greets me with such a warm smile and welcoming attitude. There are not many younger kids in the customer service field that possess the care and attention has he does. He should be higher up in the company. Please take note…this one is definitely more than an asset!”
