“I am extremely grateful for the customer service that Angie provided. I ordered a package from IKEA over two weeks ago and she was able to find my package and work with technical difficulties of the devices that they have at that location. Not only that her customer service extended to support supporting me get getting my box into the car. I have never been to the store and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service of both of the employees at that location.”

“Very clean and organized store. The only problem I would say was products being in the wrong place. Most of the tags were wrong, which could cause a problem when getting to the register. I did notify the employee because I used to manage a Family Dollar in my teen years, and that was a huge problem. A customer will argue that thru cam get it for the price on the tag. Especially if the shelf is fully stocked with said item. Other than that, one of the best stores I've been to in the area!”
“Remodel was done in August/September 2023. This store now includes fresh produce and an extensive selection of frozen products. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The aisles are usually clean enough for a wheelchair to pass through easily.”

“I just left this location (6/21/21 @ 12:41pm) and I must say...I was thoroughly impressed by the way the two young ladies Imani & Shonda handled the check situation with the senior citizen! (lady with red sweater & glasses)They obviously had not handled this type of transaction before BUT... they BOTH were patient & kind, did not rush the elderly customer, and did not become rude or frustrated. “Great local place for those that live close by and are in a rush. Only real downside is corporate DG always under staffing. Anyone that has worked in retail knows the struggle. Keep up the good work yall. Also this is the only place that sells the black shin Ramen spicy version that I love; Walmart, food lion and target all dont have it.”

“Hey imma tell you I ain’t left a review in a while. I actually had low expectations walking in this particular store. As a career white collar manager there were what I assume as operational challenges previously. But my visit tonight was really good. Even with a long line. The cashier moved us fast with a great attitude. She’s delightful and has manners. The other associate was also very helpful and had a friendly tone/energy. Keep these ladies and increase you labor budget they deserve it. Where I used to come by at 3/4/5 pm and it be closed it was open and good vibes. ????. Good job territory leader for the operational turn around. Keep it up.”
“This store is generally neat, clean and organized. Most of the staff is friendly. But some of the older ladies seem a bit unprofessional with their bickering and gossiping. Management should have a talk with them about this. Customers shouldn't have to hear their complaints of the store or their personal life. We all have our own issues we're dealing with. We don't want to hear yours too every time we see you while you're on the clock. Customers deserve a positive shopping experience. Would recommend training more like Chick fil a. I'm sure a lot of their employees don't have perfect lives....but we will never know....”

“It's a dollar general from before they made their 'never more than ten minutes from a dollar general' oath. Really dig the 'ratty old' vibe from there. Products are organized sensibly.”
“This DG has way more stuff than you would think. From tools to grocery. Prices are super cheap and the regular lady working is a truly great employee. She's helpful attentive and helps her customers at an extremely high level. She is the real reason for my excellent review! I will be a repeat customer and tell friends and family of my great experience”
