“I am extremely grateful for the customer service that Angie provided. I ordered a package from IKEA over two weeks ago and she was able to find my package and work with technical difficulties of the devices that they have at that location. Not only that her customer service extended to support supporting me get getting my box into the car. I have never been to the store and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service of both of the employees at that location.”
“They have some great clothing compared to the civilian chains. There are also some very hard-working underpaid people in there… Layla at the jewelry counter… Arelis in Electronics. The friendly lady upfront who handles returns from the Philippines (I think).and so many others like Matt in Garden. I always enjoy coming to the PX! I enjoyed working with all of them a couple of years ago and wish them well!”

“Units are clean and well protected. Only complaint is a drop shipping company rents a few units so early morning is crowded by drivers picking packages up. It was pretty annoying trying to get in and out.”

“Walked into this store last week and was stunned. It looked like a brand new store! Everything was so organized and neat. The store was never bad but this was a huge improvement. Talked with one of staff named Janet and she was a delight. I’m not sure if she was in leadership or not but if not, she should be! I have worked in a similar type of store so I know the pay is not much so clearly the staff here is working far harder than the pay reflects.”

“Found some good blouses, but honestly I found even better outfits at the Goodwill next door for less. Now I go to goodwill for skirts and Ross for blouses for work. Definitely better than paying full price though.”
“I will always love this particular one they always have great prices for the whole family and nice things for every curve out there and it makes everyone comfortable to shop and being that I stay out of town when I'm in this is my go too”
“Very clean and organized store. The only problem I would say was products being in the wrong place. Most of the tags were wrong, which could cause a problem when getting to the register. I did notify the employee because I used to manage a Family Dollar in my teen years, and that was a huge problem. A customer will argue that thru cam get it for the price on the tag. Especially if the shelf is fully stocked with said item. Other than that, one of the best stores I've been to in the area!”
“Great place to shop, much better than that other big box store down the road. The store seems to be well stocked and clean. They are almost always sold out of Pokemon cards though.”

“Debbie at the pharmacy was so kind and genuinely was so professional and a pleasure to have behind the counter. She helped me with a smile and answered my thousand questions for my mother’s medications while I was on the phone with my mom. We need more people like her in healthcare.”

“Have frequented many times. Almost always greeted upon walking in, very friendly and helpful staff. One of the cleanest, most organized Dollar Tree locations in the Columbia area. Will continue to drive out of my way to visit this location!”
