“I clearly give 5 stars even though they have not even repaired my car.
Eric, their customer service guy, went several extra miles to help us and was HONEST with us all the way.
We thought the transmission was broke ($6-7k) but he called, recommended a diagnosis ($75). We found out it was the CV axle and then Eric did something I would never expect. He checked the CarFax report and found out — there was an open recall from Honda for our car — for the CV axle. Not only that. He called Honda, made sure the open recall would apply. Then he called me, made all arrangements with Honda and today we picked up the car completely repaired for only $75 for AAA Car Care diagnosis.
Eric could have stopped and sell me on replacing the CV axle. Instead, he kept digging and was honest.
I only do business with people I trust.
But nowadays it’s so hard to find these trustworthy partners.
