“I love the store. Everybody is so nice and they’re open as early as you can imagine and until as late as you could imagine, I can’t say how much the employees have helped me find the greatest product that I wanted. One of my favorite things to get here are the vapes, but they’ve also helped me find pre-rolls that I like I would highly suggest the store to anybody looking to have a good puff.”

“There's an Employee named Chance that works at the Arboretum location and no matter how many questions I have or how long I take to decide he's always super knowledgeable, patient, and kind! I never leave without feeling content about my experience. The selection/products at this location could stand to be a bit broader and there's plenty of other stores and locations to pick from, but I go there anyway because of the great service I always get from Chance!”

“I have known Eric, Jeff & Robbie at Europa for something like 15 years. There is a reason Europa is & has been the biggest distributor & wholesaler of sports nutrition products in the world. They value you as a customer & their service is top notch. My experiences with them as a customer & vendor over the years has been unequivocally positive. They are not just people I do business with. They have become like extended family. If you are a retailer & not buying from Europa you are not optimizing your business with regards to SKU availability & pricing. End of story. Top notch people & huge facility in Charlotte.”

“I am a newby to the state with no family here and this was my first visit to this GNC. My day was not going so well when I entered this location and the store clerk Nick was of great assistance. I was going to pick up a few things from several stores in this shopping complex with GNC being one of them. Unfortunately when I 1st arrived, after parking, I had managed to lock my car keys, purse, and cell phone on the front seat in my car. I could not find security or a police officer to assist so I went into Target & Sally Beauty Supply to seek assistance without success, and last tried GNC. Well Nick was very inviting upon store entry & I explained my situation to him. Nick was able to assist me with finding a locksmith & was very kind, attentive, answering all my questions thoroughly about a few products while I waited for car assistance to arrive. I also appreciate Nick offering to let me use his cellphone and answering the call from the locksmith when they arrived. After a successful entry into my car I was able to go back to GNC to make my purchase and thank Nick for his assistance. Nick helped turn a frustrating day into a very good one and I am very appreciative. All around top notch service. Thanks again Nick, I really appreciate your kindness and assistance!”

“Since going through a bit of a change as far as management and staff are concerned my perception of this store has changed dramatically for the better. I appreciate their friendliness, as well as a willingness to share their knowledge regarding fitness both in and outside the world of supplementation. I myself have spent a fair amount of time picking Evan’s brain when it comes to understanding how the body responds to various fitness strategies. He’s a wealth of practical information that is simple to implement into one’s routine.”
