“Rented a tool for a day and they said we needed to return it by 7pm on Sunday but didn't say that the store closed early for Easter. Called and they said they would leave a note that we tried to return the tool but was given incorrect information and to return it at our earliest convenience tomorrow so I luckily don't have to wake up 2 hours early for work just to return it. The guy was super nice about it! Thank you!”
“Great place to get propane tanks filled. The only problem with it is when you look their hours up on the internet it says they're open until 5:00. That's not true. They close at 4:30. Freeman gas really needs to adjust their hours on the internet to reflect the correct business hours, so that people will know, and not waste their time nor gas to go over there to get their tanks filled.”
“I would give Freeman 5 stars, EXCEPT that we got off to a bad start with setting up our account and getting gas delivered, causing us to run out of propane. However, Freeman Gas went out of their way to reconcile and correct the situation. Thank you, Dana.”
