“Not only do I love having this store in our small community to avoid going to a big box store where you may or may not get good customer service I love the friendliness of the staff and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get the job done. I always have a great experience in this store but today was above and beyond. Chris was there today and I had a major problem with a job I was working on a very expensive project that was due today. Not only did he help me figure out what to do with it he helped me salvage it and prevent having yo start all over. Thank you so much for your help today.”
“Store is well organized and usually well stocked. I appreciate the good deals they offer on many products. I like their brands such as Bauer. Prices on those tools are usually pretty good.”
“Negative they are on the expensive side. Positive extremely friendly, usually have everything you would want, always willing to help you , they will help you solve any issue you are having . They are very patient in helping you ,no matter how clueless you are about what your needs are. Can't say enough about them . “Bought a new smoker. Called ahead to ask if they had it and they took the time to check and told me if I wanted it to just call up and they’d get it ready. When I got there it was all ready and they even got the cover for it out already and helped me load it up. Kids loved the popcorn. Very helpful! Also, get yourself a recteq smoker, best company on the planet to buy a smoker from. My second one from them.”
“I am 100% so satisfied with the chain I purchased for my chain saw. I can order one off amazon or through a big box store but they seriously make them by hand! That’s crazy! They told me it was to ensure quality and sharpness and wow it is all they said. Perfect fit and with fall coming and all the downed trees from the storm last year, this thing is going to cut like butter. It was well worth the wait. I understood that people are long up for these and now I can see why! If you want a good quality chain saw blade better get your name and measurements! Quick tip, bring your old blade or know the info cause they can’t make it without it.”

“TRUCKERS: TSC STORE 2516 AT 4371 SC-9 BOILING SPRINGS SC. TSC ENTRANCE IS ACROSS THE ROAD FROM A JERSEY MIKES AT 4384 SC-9. IT LOOKS EASY FROM A SATELLITE PHOTO BUT THERE IS PALLETS PILED UP IN THE TURNING APRON, METAL RACKS NEAR BLDG CORNER. WITH TANDEMS FULL FORWARD I TRIED TO SWOOP IN FOR DVRS SIDE BACKING BUT IT WAS DIFFICULT DUE TO THOSE PALLETS. EVENTUALLY I GOT TO BACK IT UP NEAR THE HAY TRAILER, NOSED IN THEN BLINDSIDE BACKED TO APRON, PULLED FORWARD, DID BLINDSIDE BACK TO PLATFORM DOCK. TANDEMS BACK FOR UNLOAD. AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD.”

“Rented a tool for a day and they said we needed to return it by 7pm on Sunday but didn't say that the store closed early for Easter. Called and they said they would leave a note that we tried to return the tool but was given incorrect information and to return it at our earliest convenience tomorrow so I luckily don't have to wake up 2 hours early for work just to return it. The guy was super nice about it! Thank you!”
“Christy the ASM did for me what no other Lowe’s personnel would do. Tried 2x over 2 weeks to purchase a 6k zero turn and both times, on the day of delivery, received an email saying my order could not be delivered. Right when I was about to cancel my order again I was fortunate enough to get through to Christy the ASM who took charge of the situation and went above and beyond to make sure I got my mower that day. It’s rare to find such great people, particularly in retail these days. After this whole experience, I made it a point to drive an hour away to the store to meet Christy in person and share my experience with her manager, Howard, who hopefully makes it a point to acknowledge Christy and make sure she knows how valuable as she is.
