“Probably the best UPS store around. I showed up on a very busy day Dec 5th 2023 around 5pm and all employees were working extremely hard. But 2 great employees stood put to me. I wish I had caught their names. One was a tallish gentlemen with long hair who went out of his way to help and older women bring her packages inside as the hand trucks were being used so she didn't have to wait on them. The second great employee was a young man on the shorter side with glasses. I came in to ship a bassinet for my sister and law and after going through the process he realized it would probably just be cheaper or cost the same to order then a new one instead of shipping our old one. . I hated to waste his time as I suspected that would be the case but I bery very much appreciate that he informed me and allowed me to make the decision before just charging me and shipping it. I do want to say every employees out front thay day deserves recognition though. Every single one gave special attention to each customer and did it with a great attitude”
