Athlete's Arena is a locally owned gym in Irmo that provides exceptional personal training, sports performance training, and group fitness classes to clients of all ages and fitness levels in the Irmo / Chapin / Ballentine area. We train every level athlete; from elementary to High School athletes who want speed, agility and strength training, to their parents who prefer workouts with a personal trainer, to professional athlete training during the off-season. We also work with athletes and non-athletes after completing physical therapy to return to play, and regain strength and mobility.
