“I love Burn… the instructors really meet you at your level, but they also encourage, motivate, support and cheer you on. It truly feels like working out with family and friends ( the ones you like!) I have started seeing results in only 1 month of camps… and I feel so strong and have my energy back! I highly recommend everyone trying it… you won’t regret it!”

“According to Vern Gambetta, “Training is paying attention only to the actual workout: manipulation of sets, reps, heart rates, maximum lifts. Coaching, on the other hand, is developing the whole person mentally, physically, and socially.” The staff at Athlete’s Arena are COACHES. They will work with you to define your goals and TEACH YOU how to achieve them.”

“Went on Sunday night, 10/22, to play PB with a group. 1st time check-in was way too long/slow (10 mins). No monthly or yearly PB pricing; only available PB singular option is $5/day.Similar to 7 Oaks Rec Center (Irmo) or Crooked Creek gym (Chapin), but at least they have a yearly option of $40. I do understand that membership to any YMCA IS acknowledged by this YMCA.The courts are nice. Bring your own equipment, balls, towels, sunscreen and glasses, no paddles or balls provided.Typical outdoor play. Courts are new and very clean.Did not take any pictures yet.”

“Athletes arena has had such an amazing impact on my life. Physically I have never played better, I am able to move more and hit harder than any other years I've played volleyball. When I stepped out on the court after just 6 months of training with them consistently I instantly noticed a difference in my game!! Trainers allow you to not just correct your motions in working out but understand why they are wrong and what they could damage if not fixed. This shows how much they care about not just your progress in the sport but you as a person beyond your sport. From that point, not only do they prepare and progress you but it's such a family and a group that I have never been happier to work out with!! I look forward to everyday coming in to my second family and getting better because of the incredible trainers at athletes arena.”
