Truist is a bank with great staff who provide excellent customer service. The staff is professional, kind, and accommodating, offering utmost support. They are described as a true gem and awesome, doing their best to serve customers with a smile even under pressure from system issues. The Irmo branch is noted for reliably answering calls and providing callbacks. However, there is a noted discrepancy where Google lists incorrect weekday opening hours, causing customer inconvenience. Some customers also report difficulty reaching their specific local branch by phone. Overall, the staff receives significant appreciation for their helpful and kind service.

We had to make several changes to our bank accounts and ended up spending quite a bit of time with Rosa Miller, Branch Leader. We found Ms. Rosa to be a pleasure to work with as she was very professional and kind. She was also extremely accommodating and is a true gem! 😊
