“Went in to get the transmission rebuilt on my 98’ SHO. Was a very quick turn around time, and reasonably priced for the work. They have a very high attention to detail and photograph everything when diagnosing the vehicle to address issues you may not have known. Frank made sure to call and update as they went along for approvals for work and eta’s. After getting my vehicle back I ended up having a different issue pop up for the intake and valve covers. They worked with me on the pricing despite the problem with finding parts and got it back on the road again. She’s running like a top now with no issues, would highly recommend the gentleman at Cottman for transmission and general auto repair.”

“Excellent service for my 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. They did an Oil Change and checked the parking sensors on my front bumpers (seemed to be broken). The dealership said it would cost over $600 to replace the sensors. Dodgemaster discovered that one of the sensors was loose. They secured it and fixed it so it wouldn’t come loose again. “I want to tell you about how wonderful it is to have no service but no service in a good way. I knew something was going wrong with my transmission, but I wasn't sure what. I had a friend look at it, but he told me it was beyond what he could do, and I needed to take it to a transmission service shop. I was worried to death that my little car wasn't going to make it through this. I brought it to dun- right transmission service on broad River Road. David was welcoming, helpful, made me feel comfortable. No matter what the outcome was going to be and this is where we get to the no service. He called me to let me know that my worst fears were true and that my car unfortunately, was not repairable, not at a cost that made sense with how little my car is valued at. Now he could have easily upsold me many things. I wouldn't have known the difference and would have prayed that they all worked to fix my car. But knowing that they wouldn't, this man, unlike a lot of people out there these days took the time to call me and say, look, this is not worth your money and I'm not going to charge you, knowing I can't do anything to help. That is how you do it, that is how you keep customers coming back and from now on anything, I have that he can work on it will be coming here so if you want someone that's going to be honest with you, not take your money and give you a bunch of services, you don't need this is where you need to come speak to David. He'll be happy to help you and you know that he'll be honest about the information he gives you on your car.”

They spent the day finding parts and even making a custom gasket in order to get me back on the road in time to make my Christmas travel plans.
