“Went in to get the transmission rebuilt on my 98’ SHO. Was a very quick turn around time, and reasonably priced for the work. They have a very high attention to detail and photograph everything when diagnosing the vehicle to address issues you may not have known. Frank made sure to call and update as they went along for approvals for work and eta’s. After getting my vehicle back I ended up having a different issue pop up for the intake and valve covers. They worked with me on the pricing despite the problem with finding parts and got it back on the road again. She’s running like a top now with no issues, would highly recommend the gentleman at Cottman for transmission and general auto repair.”

“Recently my wife and I were on our way out of town and my truck battery started acting up and we got off the interstate in the Columbia area and looked for a service shop. We found Shealy quickly with great 5 star reviews. I understand why as what we experienced was nothing short of exceptional customer service. We pulled in and Drew greeted me immediately and within a few seconds we had the hood up and he was performing some tests on my battery and charging system. He went the extra mile also to call a local parts shop just down the road to make sure they had a battery ready for me and let them know I was on my way. I can't thank Drew enough for his kind help to get us back on the road. You just don't find folks like that very often. If I lived in the Columbia area I'd be taking all my vehicles to Shealy. Highly recommended.”

“I want to tell you about how wonderful it is to have no service but no service in a good way. I knew something was going wrong with my transmission, but I wasn't sure what. I had a friend look at it, but he told me it was beyond what he could do, and I needed to take it to a transmission service shop. I was worried to death that my little car wasn't going to make it through this. I brought it to dun- right transmission service on broad River Road. David was welcoming, helpful, made me feel comfortable. No matter what the outcome was going to be and this is where we get to the no service. He called me to let me know that my worst fears were true and that my car unfortunately, was not repairable, not at a cost that made sense with how little my car is valued at. Now he could have easily upsold me many things. I wouldn't have known the difference and would have prayed that they all worked to fix my car. But knowing that they wouldn't, this man, unlike a lot of people out there these days took the time to call me and say, look, this is not worth your money and I'm not going to charge you, knowing I can't do anything to help. That is how you do it, that is how you keep customers coming back and from now on anything, I have that he can work on it will be coming here so if you want someone that's going to be honest with you, not take your money and give you a bunch of services, you don't need this is where you need to come speak to David. He'll be happy to help you and you know that he'll be honest about the information he gives you on your car.”
“Excellent service for my 2016 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel. They did an Oil Change and checked the parking sensors on my front bumpers (seemed to be broken). The dealership said it would cost over $600 to replace the sensors. Dodgemaster discovered that one of the sensors was loose. They secured it and fixed it so it wouldn’t come loose again. I was charged $30. Thank you Dodgemaster! FIVE STAR SERVICE!”

“Doc and his crew were my Christmas miracle. I was traveling on a long road trip and about 1/2 way through my car ran out of oil due to an oil pump leak. I was so lucky to find Doc's garage. They spent the day finding parts and even making a custom gasket in order to get me back on the road in time to make my Christmas travel plans. What could have easily ruined my Christmas turned into a highlight of my trip when they fixed my car, and even added on a needed timing belt, saving me hundreds in the long run. I felt like my car was being fixed in Santa's workshop. They charged a very reasonable, almost generous price. I couldn't have asked for better luck. “Prompt service, good communication, clean and cozy waiting area, fair pricing as quoted. I had an overheating issue with my 2007 Pacifica that turned out to be a very easy fix. I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple. Sara and Lynette were very professional and I will be returning to Minnie's for any future car issues.”
