“I was with my family visiting my mother-in-law and my suspension light came on my 2011 Audi A8L. Not many auto shops works on European cars and thankfully Jason returned my car. Since I was out of town, time was of the essence. Jason diagnosis my problem as a faulty suspension sensor. He ordered the part and had me on my way. I felt confident in his knowledge of the problem. “I had a problem with my engine coolant sensor and called several places to get a quote. Some places wanted to charge me as much as $1500 to get the part replaced and repaired. Gavin charged me half that and did an excellent job in the minimal amount of time. He was very professional, kind, and understanding. I called him on a Saturday morning and my car was fixed by Saturday afternoon. I cannot say enough about Gavin and how much of a blessing he was to me the day that my car was repaired.”
“I needed a tow from SRS and a repair. After the first estimate from one of the handful of tow companies authorized to pick up at SRS, I called them for comparison. Their base rate was lower than the competitor, they were friendlier on the phone, and they seemed to care that they pick the car up sooner than later. The tow truck driver was very friendly and professional. The car was up on a jack (one of my wheel studs broke so I couldn’t change the tire myself). The driver told me not to sweat the jack and he took care of it. They got it into their shop quickly (and didn’t overpromise), then fixed the stud and replaced the two tires I needed at a very reasonable price. When I picked the car up, they were very friendly. I could tell it was not just a family business, it is someone’s legacy.”
