He even drove 90 minutes to get a factory part to replace a previously ordered aftermarket part that failed to meet his stringent standards. Any service center/department writer can write up a laundry list. Ricky made sure the laundry was clean, dry and folded. His attention to detail, along with technician John's attention to detail, made for one very satisfied customer (not to mention the expeditious tow using my USAA benefits). I'm too old to do big jobs like Broome Service Center handled for me. I'm glad that I took the advice of the director of the Automotive/Diesel program at the Aiken County Public School District Career Center (Thanks Clyde). These folks are worth it!!! BZ!”
