Did a long distance move. very professional/friendly people. had my container picked up on a monday morning in NY and had it in SC by the next day (I was impressed considering I hadn’t even made it there yet myself). you’re paying for good quality. Responsive, communicative and professional. Rates were fair and customer service was great! I’d recommend UNITS and would use again myself. I appreciated the personal communication vs. automated & corporate responses as used with other companies.
