“Called and spoke with the amazing Rachel! She was very informative and provided such great insight for us to prepare for our future plans which will of course include UNITS! She is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond with her customer service and experience in what you may need for your project!”
“Darlene is awesome! Very patient and informative while resolving billing issues. Going above and beyond!
Robert checked me in. Been there for a few months and it has been a pleasurable experience.”
“Great experience from the initial contact to the fix. Kory the mechanic, & Edward the scheduler, went above and beyond to ensure my boat was fixed correctly, safe, and ready to complete my 7000 mile journey on the Great Loop. I truly appreciate them making my maintenance issue a priority. Their prices for parts and labor are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable marine service.”
“The facility is clean and dry. I feel safe there. I will say customer service has gone down hill. I loved when they were local and right on sight. It took 3 phone calls on multiple days to get a phone call back.”
“This place was super full, but they still accommodated our short term RV storage needs. The man at the facility was EXTREMELY helpful - tractored our airstream into a spot that would have been difficult to back into, lent us tools to disconnect our battery, and even helped us do it! Above and beyond! Place was gated and felt safe, reasonably priced. Would recommend!”
“Stephanie helped me with finding the perfect unit for my needs. She was very helpful, kind and informative. Thank you to Stephanie and Island Storage for providing a reasonable option for the people of Johns Island!”
“Clean, well maintained and managed facility.
I’ve had an excellent experience since I moved into the unit. Need to keep the rents from fluctuating”

“Matt the GM at Main Road Self Storage was very helpful when I needed an appliance dolly to move a fridge. I’m grateful Johns Island has a moving center that has such goodwill and cares about their community. The grounds are clean and employees are kind. I will definitely be using Main Road Self Storage in the future & I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing moving/packing/storage/parking needs.”
