  I went there to pick up a package and the guy was VERY RUDE! I was very nice to him and even like that I got rudeness after rudeness! I do not know hat happened and I asked why he was mad, if they were not supposed to ship my package to there so I knew for next time! (All the time I have my son which was looking at me like, WTH!) The person said; I’m not mad because he was in front of the manager, I have names, but because social media has his thing I do not want to post anything, BUT DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK HERE FOR A THING!!!!!!! (I am proudly hispanic and I have an accent which I am not planning on getting ride of EVER & maybe that is what upset him) Oh well, don’t care, get over us people!!!

  I LOVE this ACE!! I go here frequently and am always greeted and helped with whatever I need. Everyone is knowledgeable about their products and are really helpful loading heavy merchandise. They are like a family and remember me when I go in.

  Extremely quick and professional, came in with an issue of a cracked shoe sole, attempted to buy a more expensive repair material and the worker directed me to an option he said was better and more affordable, have not had a single issue
