Bought a pool table there just recently, spent a few grand, owner was nice. However, the heavy set employee that works there was pretty rude when I went a 2nd time to buy cues. He couldn't care less about customer service and was annoyed when I asked for recommendations about the sticks. If you want repeat business, I'd suggest treating customers respectfully considering the amount of money they are spending.

I have been dealing with Charleston Billiards on College Park Rd. off and on for several years. I have always received great customer service. Recently I took my “shooting stick” and my “break stick” to them to have the tips replaced. Cost me quite a lot to have tips replaced on these two cues. I was very pleased with the way I was shooting with these new tips. Until a month later when I broke at 9 ball and my new 40+ dollar break-tip went flying across the pool hall. Unfortunately I could not find my receipt. Went back to Charleston Billiards figuring they would have a copy on file, after-all, businesses are required to prove yearly income due to the IRS. Of course, they said they don’t save receipt copies and commenced showing me a handful of recent receipt copies that were “filed and kept” in an open “cardboard box” that was sitting on a shelf. Rather than working something out to keep a satisfied customer, the gentleman told me that either I’m not storing my cues properly ( I store them in a cue bag that I purchased from them several years ago)or I may have hit the cue ball with the edge of the tip. So? These high dollar tips aren’t designed for use with English? Well, anyhow, I had no choice but to have them install another new tip at full cost of 40.00!! Seems they would have cut me a break or somehow made me a satisfied customer. Oh!!! I’m sorry! He did say he could put an “extra” bit of glue on it. ? I guess when your the only place local, that repairs cue sticks, you don’t need to show care for ya customers. I can’t say that I won’t go back there again, since, as I previously stated, I know of no other local “cue stick” repair shop to go to.

Excellent people to work with. They were able to have Pechauer make a custom graphite shaft for my Viking cue! Now that is customer service. All other transactions with them (Ball sets, cue stick) were seamless and friendly. These folks know the business.

Just replaced the rubber and cloth on my Diamond Red Label 7' ProAm pool table. The original rubbers were "generously cut". Diamond thinks of it as a "recreational cut". Rubber replaced with k66 Pro Cut with an opening of 4.3" at the nose of the rails. The cloth is Simonis 860hr.They did FABULOUS job. Everything on time and with total professionalism and the end result is as good as it can possibly get.I have been doing business with Dennis since the early 1990's and you will not find better customer service or more meticulous attention to detail.I cannot recommend Charleston Billiards highly enough for any of your game room supplies.

This is a pretty popular spot amongst local sharks if you're looking to upgrade your pool cue. The location is kind of small but they still manage to keep a pretty good selection. Exploding with pool cues and accessories, but seem to be limited on the "types" of cue cases they supply. Many colors to choose from in any of the three categories of "the expensive, the more expensive, or the MOST expensive!" They seem to have a wide variety of tables and customer service is excellent!!!

Dennis is great! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and Never pushy or pressured. Once we finally made our decision. Our purchase was in sooner than expected. Delivered early and the delivery service was excellent as well! Jess and his assistant were very careful with our home and our delivery. They did an excellent job with set up. The treated our purchase as if it were their own. Highly recommend Charleston Billiards and Cue Co.!
