Manager was really rude and kept staring while I was tryna shop I was looking at deodorants and just smelling them so I can buy one then she stands at the end of the aisle just staring me down the she said touch everything will you softly which is very unprofessional of her I'm just tryna shop I've been here so many times and no one else treated me like she did Mrs.deanna was there and she deserves a raise having to deal with that stank manger she is always so polite and positive always helps me if I need it I will be returning to shop from mrs deanna but hopefully i dont run into that stank manager I think her name was Kari hill

I think this store is slowly improving. They used to be very very efficient, professional and friendly. After COVID this location started going downhill. I think the fault mainly rested with CVS company, not this particular branch.
With that being said, there's always several people working now and the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Today I had an issue with the prescription, it would have been nice if somebody would have called me or told me when I picked up the other prescriptions that one of my ordered prescriptions had an issue, however, since I had to come back up, they quickly filled the prescription and I was back on my way.
I will say at one point I was wanting to switch to a different location/pharmacy, however, I am now glad that I stuck it out and don't have to drive further to pick up my prescriptions.

I’m so sick of this store. The pharmacy is horrible. If being a pharmacist is not what you want to do then find a new career. I hate this location with everything in me.

Came to CVS pharmacy hwy78 memorial day was in the drivethru line before 2pm 3 cars was ahead of me none behind me. Why the cashier served all the cars ahead of me and close the gate when I got up there at this point it is 2:03pm and I needed my medication for the next morning they are horrible for not serving me I was in the line b4 they closed. I will be going to Walgreens or walmart pharmacy from here on out due to horrible treatment.

MY MOM HAS HEALTH ISSUES AND WASN'T FEELING WELL, THE DRIVE THRU WAS CLOSED. SO I CALLED THE STORE PHARMACY, I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND I ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY WAY SOMEONE COULD BRING MOM OUT A WATER BECAUSE I AM CURRENTLY IN A WHEELCHAIR.
A VERY WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN WAS SUCH A SWEETHEART, NOT ONLY DID HE BRING HER OUT THE WATER BUT HE SAID IT WAS ON HIM (HE WOULD PAY FOR IT)!!! I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU FOR RESTORING MY FAITH IN HUMANITY!!! I MUCH LOVE THANK YOU!!! ❤️❤️❤️???

Honestly after today I wouldn't give even 1star. The pharmacist today (03-11-24) is so unbelievably professional and refused me service because I said a bad word. She needs to get over herself and grow up. I didn't cuss at her. I made a general statement that included a bad word. Big deal. Now she refuses me service. I've been a long time customer of CVS. 30+ years. I think I deserve better treatment then to be blacklisted because I said a bad word. Well their loss because I'm taking all my business and my husbands business to another place that knows what customer service is and how to treat to people. We're talking literally thousands of dollars lost because of one unprofessional pharmacist. Was it worth it CVS?

If you need to fill a prescription, forget it. Why this location even has a pharmacy is beside me… location wise convenient - until you go to pick up your child’s antibiotics anfter an hospital stint and the pharmacy is locked up, closed. Closed at 7pm M-F and 6pm Sat; Sundays??? Forget about it. You’re not getting your meds. Shame on this location. Never again. I will not use this poor excuse for a pharmacy ever again. #frustratedmother

The manager attempted to charge us 4x times the amount for passport pictures. She was extremely ignorant in how the picture kiosk worked. She should be fired for over charging her customers. I will be filing an official compliant!

Always treated with kindness and professionalism,,my favorite technician is Denise..she keeps me in line,,lol..by letting me know when I am due for vaccines or anything concerning my meds...kudos to Denise

Excellent patient/customer care. I had brain surgery on 8/11 & did not see that the pharmacy closed early on Saturdays so my parents, unknowingly, went to get my pain meds right at closing & the man was kind enough to stay open to get my pain meds. I would’ve had to go back to the hospital had he not done that. Fast forward to today when my home pharmacy in Knoxville Tn told me they “didn’t have the time” multiple times, verbatim, & there was no prednisone on my file nor did they “have the time” to research so I called l this pharmacy to get things done myself. I was really upset because of how the TN pharmacy treated me, especially considering my brain is so swollen that I can’t hear well out of the right ear, and shared what happened. She put the med that was sent there instead of home and saw the prednisone on my file. I called TN pharmacy back & made sure to express my unhappiness, as we all get busy and short staffed, & told them that the ladson pharmacy was also busy and short staffed but put the trazadone back so it could be transferred & told me what to tell the pharmacy in Tn. Must’ve been magic bc the second person o talked to after calling this pharmacy made sure to be halfway decent. Doesn’t hold a candle to a flame to how kind & helpful the lady at this location was. Thank you so much from my family to this location for the courtesy, kindness & concern they had for me while we stayed in ladson after my surgery. We are so grateful!

I'm here for my scheduled covid test that I need before my doctor will treat me. The drive-thru is closed. Pharmacy doesn't answer any phone calls. Not just today, but any time I've called over the last 2 months. They are so understaffed that they really should just close. That would be better than the horrific business they're running.

Very understaffed. Make sure you check the prescription that you are given. Was coven vitamin D in place of Tramadol.
