HORRIBLE. The worst example of FedEx. I consistently have issues with the drive not delivering packages, driving around until 3:30 with them then taking them back to the warehouse. This goes on sometimes for several days in a row. The worst part, its usually HelloFresh boxes of FOOD that go bad or medical supplies ... its been going on for MONTHS and I have called FedEx corporate several times and nothing ever changes. The supervisor for this location was supposed to call me and he never did ...

This place is terrible. They cost me about $500 because they kept lying about my package. I ordered tires and was supposed to get them one day but they came days later. The delivery driver lied and said we had bad weather. I guess it rained in my own area and I didn’t notice.The drivers are so lazy and they will leave your packages anywhere.
Another time I ordered a chair. We thought it got lost in the mail, but the driver never brought it to my apartment. This place is ran terrible and you might as well not even do a claim. I still have not heard back about one I filed. Do better!

I would love to know why this company hires people that clearly do not know how to drive. I had some idiot driver roll back and hit my car at a red light. Needlessly to say, we were both stopped at the red light and out of nowhere this idiot starts moving in reverse and smacks my vehicle. Reason why this happened cause driver was not paying attention. Do me a favor, start hiring better drivers, that actually pay attention please!! The fact that you allow an employee like this to drive your trucks is an issue and puts others safety at risk.

Waiting, waiting and still waiting. I continue to see trucks go by my house yet no one is stopping. I get the email that my package is out for delivery though. 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤬

Was no option for no star! Totally inadequate service, said was delivered to gated driveway, which is the gate to our cow pasture, no house in sight, no mail box, nothing but cows!

Driver didn’t attempt to deliver package . House is about 8 acres from road through trees . Product is a refrigerated product . No idea if it’s going to be any good when it finally gets delivered

Waiting on a delivery to be delivered today and no delivery! Check my tracking and click notifications to be sent to my phone for updates, call customer service for information and they tell me my package has been rescheduled for a different day! Who authorized that bc I didn’t I wanted notifications on delivery so someone is either trying to steal my package (which has happened before and seller had to send another item via UPS) customer service was no help whatsoever! I even had to walk my neighborhood and play match the porch looking for where my package was dropped off at the wrong address! If I order anything for now on I’m asking the seller who they use for shipping and if it’s FedEx I’m gonna cancel my order! (1 star is way to much for this company needs to be a negative-5 in my opinion!)

Package wasnt delivered to me yesterday as it was suppose to be. got a message my package was rescheduled per my delivery instructions.......ive never spoken to anyone or told anyone to do that....now my package wont be delivered till the next time they open after the fourth of july.......ive even had packages destroyed by fedex with them telling me the shipper told them to. now thats funny because i contact the shipper and all hell breaks loose ...i sent the shipper a copy of the email i got from Fedex stating so....from now on every order i make...i will be finding out what shipping the company uses ,If its fedex i will not be ordering the produst.
