They treated me very well, they helped me with what I needed and there were promotions that I was able to obtain. Very good telephone service and without paying extra. Much better than att and the others.

Great location! I live a few minutes further away from this location,and choose to make the drive. The service is so much better at this location. I definitely recommend going here for any T-mobile or Metro issues you may have.

Every time I go in that place about my phone I have problems even call customer service I've been telling him the phone is bad and they won't believe me they still won't give me another one

Theu need to tell customers that the new phones don't come with adapters. So customers don't get home and find out that they can not charge their phones.

Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The prices are amazing. For a family of 4 with insurance on the phones I pay $120 each month which is less than I was paying for 1 line at AT&T and I have better service now too. Definitely recommend making the switch!

Called to get some information and they were super helpful. When I got off the phone they actually called me back to tell me they close soon and I shouldn't come in. I wasn't actually on the way in, but I'm glad they cared enough to let me know!
