I called around and found Mobile Attic to have the best rates and the shortest lead time so I chose them. They arrived exactly as explained and the gentleman that delivered and hauled away the container was very professional and safety conscious. Next time I have a need for this type of storage solution I’ll call Mobile Attic first!

They were very responsive and accomodating to our needs, kept us very well informed as to any issues/times, etc. We would highly recommend them for any moving/storage needs. Would definitely use again, should the need arise.

We had a very great experience with Mobile Attic. They were always on time and were very easy to get a hold of. We had to change our dates around and they were very accommodating. They were also less than two other places we called. If I ever need another container, I will call Mobile Attic.

We had the unit for 10 months. I think the cost was high. They didn't offer any military discounts or incentives when renting over 5 months. The unit itself was great. Didn't have any problems. It met our needs.

I'm that "I never post reviews", but seriously I don't. Especially google reviews due to the scrutiny placed on reviews as well as personal toxicity via social media. Digressing, the only reason I'm leaving a comment is the delivery guy in CHS (there's only one!) is very professional and accommodating with this company. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. The dispatch/office guy - Lonnie (sp?) - he sounded overworked and underpaid; thus, his customer service reflected such. Lonnie, I hope you get some help soon. Whatever you are paying these guys, specifically the driver, it ain't enough! Delivery guy - you da man!

Good value if you just need a place to storage things temperary. Very convenient having so you do not have to load in a vehicle, drive some place and then unload again.

I needed a mobile storage unit. Mobile Attic supplied it a day earlier than promised, put it exactly where and how I requested. The driver called to confirm everything was correct before he left the site.

Highly recommend! We ended up having to change our pick up and drop off dates several times and they always accommodated us. Each pick up and drop off we were called when the driver was on the way. The communication was excellent and I felt the price was fair for what we got.

We were very unhappy with our use of mobile attic. We used them for storage for the last four months and we definitely wish we would have spent the extra few dollars a month to use PODS in order to store our belongings in a climate controlled inside unit. While unloading our belongings, we found two mice and many of our belongings were ruined. We had to go buy new beds, towels, anything with yarn or soft materials. Anything that was not ruined had acorns, urine, and feces all over it and in the boxes from where the mice had been in them. When we reached out to mobile attic, they said because we did not purchase the"premium" package that they were not responsible and at NO point were we told anything about a premium plan. They said we could send in some pictures and the manager would take a look and consider helping us out but that email was sent 6 days ago and still no response to my email. They also do not offer any insurance which should have been a red flag to not use them.
