The nurse was very professional, kind and helpful even though the entire staff was dealing with the adversity of having their computer system down at the time. While doctor Grover was very calming and reassured that everything would work out! Great people and great medical professionals 10 out 10 and thanks again Roper may you all be blessed for showing kindness!

Definitely felt like the Dr. Patrick cared about me. Who knew exactly what tests were needed and got me the medicine that took out the flu within a fee days. The staff were kind and the woman who took my vitals was very kind as well. May God bless them all and may the Holy Spirit continue to give Dr. Patrick wisdom for each situation in Jesus’ name.

I love going to Express Care when I'm unable to get to my primary car doctor. Everyone is so nice and helpful and I feel like they truly care about me. Dr. Grover is the best!

Dr Grover saw me right after my car accident where I was hit from behind and was experiencing pain in my head, neck, and shoulders. his approach was very aggressive. He had no bedside manner and treated me very routinely showing very little passion or concern for my condition. My daughter who was also in the room with me noticed it right away. Dr. Grover definitely needs to work on showing more compassion and concern for the patients that visit the urgent care center.

Dr. Grover will come in with a genuine smile after knocking on the door. I don't feel that Dr. Grover rushs my exam. He doesn't dawdle, either. He listens to my complete answer, doesn't cut me off. He appreciates when you write down your symptoms and the time-line of your illness.He doesn't get all bent out of shape when I ask for clarification.

Went in for what I thought/felt was sinus infection, but was barely examined. They Immediately went for a COVID test swab and sent me on my way. This Roper Express care facility used to actually seem to care for their patients, but this experience was far from it. Not pleased at all with the direction that Roper Healthcare in general is going.
