“I have been a retail establishment in metro-Charleston since 1988, I just relocated my store to The McCall center in North Charleston and was required by the lease to purchase a substantial sign. I discovered the company I had used over the years from out of town was no longer in business.I went to the online yellow pages and found the three biggest sign companies in metro-Charleston and began with the other two in that I had heard that Miller was higher prices. What a mistake that was, the first one got upset because I didn't like their suggested design and never got back in touch, the second one provided a decent design and I asked for minor changes and they suggested I hire a graphic artist and come back to see them when I knew what I wanted, I also bothered the salesman by calling and wanting more of his time.We are talking about a sign that will cost $6,000 to $10,000.I called Miller Signs and met Shelby, my salesperson, she was fantastic, she worked with me during business hours, after hours, hooked up on Facebook and answered dozens of questions, invited me to their office to actually work with their graphic design artist Butch. I spent a half a day with Butch and we together created an awesome design, Butch Rocks... I approved the drafts and they built the sign in about 4 weeks rather than 2 to 3 months the other companies had estimated.The sign turned out awesome and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and design. I have had tons of compliments on it even from the landlord.No, it was not the lowest quote but I found out a long time ago that you get what you pay for. If you want quality and 5 STAR service pay the price and use the best... Miller Signs”

“I went in to take passport photos. I was greeted right away, and the service was very quick. A few days later, I went back for more help with my passport renewal and while they could not send it in (has to be USPS) they helped with getting all my paperwork together and making sure I was doing everything right. They did not have to help with this extra part as they were not charging me for that, they simply wanted to help. All around excellent service with very friendly staff.”
