Do yourself a favor and place a pickup order :) the time that I came the line was long and drive thru was not in service :/ I only had to wait a few minutes and I was out the door. Sub was good…what more could I ask for?

I will never go here again I ordered a Philly sub at the drive thru the service and food was awful no greetings and the female didn’t even know what I want when it was on the paper she asked me if I wanted cheese and she didn’t put everything I wanted on my sub and they don't accept

Absolutely, 1,000% do NOT do a mobile order from this store! Be there in person. Your order will be messed up and you will have a headache getting your money back, if at all.Also, if the hours say till 10:00pm, that means NOTHING. They will close whenever they feel like it while you drive to pickup an order, only to discover they are closed and the staff will pretend that you do not exist!Find a different Subway or something else and save yourself the frustration.

It’s 11:31 on a Monday 1/29/24. The regional manager was very rude to me and my girlfriend, we ordered the previous night a sub and went to pick it up and they closed early. After we already payed for our food online. When we asked the regional manager she was very rude and said either take a refund or get your food. She had very bad hygiene and we didn’t want to stand to close due to smell. And she keeps this place filthy as well. Floors walls dirty. And food prep station out of basic toppings like avocado. In the middle of talking she just walked out while me and my girlfriend were very sweet and trying to just get food we paid over $30 for.

The breads on both of my subs were wrong, missing ingredients but has them listed correctly on the mobile order. Won't ever eat from this one

The employees weren't happy to be there, the soda machine isn't working nor did they have the decency to tell you.. They made online orders that looked horrible. They skipped over customers with no apology. What happened to service with a smile? What happened to "welcome to subway" ? What I assume was the owner had to be trained by his own employees, that's sad.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. Walked in and ordered my sandwiches. They were out of wheat bread for one of my sandwiches, so I ordered white bread. No big deal. They begin making my sandwiches, toasted them, then before finishing my order they began to make the person behind me. When I was done with placing my order and paying they still hadn’t gotten my cookies for me and finishing wrapping up my sandwiches and bagging them. I waited prob about 5 minutes or so for them to finish wrapping up my sandwiches and sending me on my way. The cookies are hard as a rock and their fountain machine wasn’t working so I had to get bottled drinks. Terrible all around !

After waiting 5 minutes before getting help, the employee made the correct sandwich. But when stepping out to grab coupons, they packed the wrong sandwich. This store is ALWAYS out of something and the worst one I've ever been to.

Ordered online for the first time, walked into store, went to where it said pick up, couldn't find my name. So was looking at the order, the girl at counter (looked to be the manager) says online order?, I say yes. Then she asked my name, so I told her. I told her it was my first online order because she was giving me a weird look, She just shook her head as if to say the bag was mine.I ordered the meal for one of the sandwiches, a drink, and 2 cookies. Well I took the bag out, and then remembered I had a drink, I went back in, and got my drink. I have been home for about an hour, and decided to take it all out if the bag, well to my surprise the cookies aren't inside!I then tried to call the store. It is about 5:30, no one answers. I called 5 times! No one answered! It rang through, and then hung up every time. So this is my experience.There were 4 employees in the store, two people sitting near the door, and one customer at the counter when I walked in. There is no reason that my bag was not packed with the whole order, and a cup along side of it. I usually go to the store on Dorchester near Trolly Rd, or the one in Food Lion parking lot off Bacons Bridge Rd, but was thirsty, and hungry, and also was trying to get the buy one get one free. Won't make that mistake again!!!Parking: Usually there us parking, but they have the whole area blocked off for replacing, you have to park behind the store.

Don't eat here. I ordered thru the subway app to get a toasted spicy Italian. My food was not toasted and on top of that, I didn't get all the veggies I requested. I got the bare minimum, had way too much mustard and ruined my appetite for dinner. If a food service restaurant can't get their food right, it's bound to not last long.
