“Everything was in order. Organized. Clean. Staff was doing what they are there to do. Very attentive and friendly. I can not say the same for a few of the other Dollar Trees around the area. Especially the one on West Franklin Blvd. You wouldn't believe the things I've seen in that store. Beyond unacceptable. And it stinks in that store. Every single time. And I'm not the only one who says that. It's horrible. But Robinwood Rd store is fine.”

“This store is always neat, clean and well stocked. All items are only $1.25. They've got great items such as name brand soda, name brand candy and snacks, home essentials, hygiene essentials, crafting, toys and MORE! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I definitely suggest shopping here if you're in q budget or not. SERIOUSLY, they've got some GREAT items!???”
“We found something at Dollar Tree that's actually good quality and an almost unbelievable price, the kind of item that makes you do a double take because it's four dollars at Publix and three dollars at Walmart when they even have it in stock, but here it sits for $1.25. I didn't hesitate and grabbed ten of them because at that price you don't overthink it, you just load up and feel a little victorious about it on the way to the register.
Today's visit was smoother than some of my past trips. The store was in reasonably decent condition with shelves mostly in order and only a little of the usual Dollar Tree chaos. The wait at the register was brief and the cashier who rang me up was pleasant, the kind of quick, easy interaction that makes the whole stop feel efficient rather than like another errand dragging out the morning.”

“I LOVE this Family Dollar. These ladies are truly part of the community, and I really appreciate how they hold it down every single day. They are always the first ones to open and the last ones to close, making sure the neighborhood has what it needs.
During the recent snowstorm, when almost everything else was closed, this Family Dollar was open and available for the community. A lot of people didn’t make it to the store before the storm hit, and this location stepped up in a real time of need.
If no one else tells you ladies: you are appreciated. Corporate needs to recognize this team and give these employees a raise. They show up for the community, and it deserves to be acknowledged.”
“It was well organized and clean. Casher woman was sweet and didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions about the bluetooth headphones that were behind the counter. Kinda wish they were accessable for me to look at for myself. I like to study before purchasing and sometimes take some time to ponder.”
“Pretty good dollar tree location. Not always the most organized or stocked but they do a pretty good job. Its impossible to beat the prices of Dollar Tree when looking for certain items (greeting cards, baloons, etc.) Store is nicely set up.”

“I had previously been at a dollar tree nearby (dirty, cluttered, boxes open & unopened all over the floors, shopping carts full of items that need to go back on the shelves) prior to going to the Dollar Tree in Lake Wylie, which I thought would be the same but The lake Wylie Dollar Tree was immaculate. No clutter, everything organized and clean. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. I was so impressed and will only go to this location. Thank you to Bryce, David, Rihanna, and Alexis the staff that was on that day.”
“I really enjoy coming to this Dollar Tree in Cherry road. Compared to other locations, this one is usually very well-organized and stocked with the seasonal items I’m looking for. The aisles are clear, and the staff is friendly and works hard to keep the lines moving. Definitely a go-to spot for cards, party supplies, and snacks.”
“I always go to this store. For one they are always stocked. Two they have the best manager there. I forget her name but she is awesome. Always speaks when I come in. Always there to help. “This by far the best family Dollar to shop at its very neat clean and well stocked. Sage is so helpful and polite. The new manager is always working very hard when i go to the store. The store has improved so much since she arrived. She is very helpful(Kayla) The store has everything you could need the shelfs are full the store is neat clean and well stocked. “I visited this store today and it’s clear that they have done some revamping. The new manager was pleasant and so was the new cashier. The store was finally clean for a change, and there was no long line. Much better experience than usual!”
“I stopped by this location with 2 young boys that I care for on a hot Wednesday afternoon. We were buying pool noodles and a pool. The boys were super excited. Everyone in the store was kind to them. My hands were full with the boys so a man went outside to get the biggest pool for us. The woman at the register helped to carry it outside. Unfortunately it did not fit in the back. All of us went back inside to buy tie-downs to put the pool on the roof. The associate asked her coworker if she minded if she helped me put it on top of my car. As we were working on this a kind man who was with an older woman offered to put it in his truck and drive it to the house for us.This trip could have been a disaster but instead it was a successful adventure. Everyone was kind and helpful so these excited boys could enjoy their day. I want to thank each of these helpers. This is going to be a whole summer of fun for these littles due to you!”
“I came in to family dollar to purchase some things and was greeted by a friendly employee who introduced himself as Devin. Devin along with his co worker Dontay helped me find the things I neeeded. I’m from out of town so the family dollar was set up differently. I was in a rush and didn’t get the opportunity to tell both employees how truly grateful I was for there ability to help me find the things I needed along with there up beat positive attitudes. I appreciate these guys so so very much and I look forward to making a stop here again soon.”

“Absolutely love the people who work here. They are always helpful and kind. The manager Cole is awesome as is the other gentleman named Dennis. They always have a smile on their face and are eager to help you find what you are looking for. I've never had a bad experience. The manager even carried my bag of dog food out to my car for me since the carts won't go outside the store.”

“what a difference a new manager makes walked into this dollar tree location today and it is a complete 180 turnaround. It’s clean it stocked. The employees are pleasant.”
