Because I’m a truck driver and rarely available during normal hours, he came out after work hours just to look at my truck and give me a proper, accurate quote. That alone says a lot.
Joe was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all my questions, explained the process clearly and never rushed anything. He also worked with my schedule and allowed me to leave my truck with them for the week while I was on the road, which made everything stress-free.
When I picked it up, he went over care instructions and what to expect moving forward, which I really appreciated. The work itself came out great and the whole experience felt professional and personal at the same time.
