“Matty and Brooke always make u feel welcome and both pay my dog Wylie some loving.. both are very knowledgeable on Hollywood products...always telling products what are on sale.. Great...”
“I’m a picky dog mom. My mini schnauzer, Sgt Pepper, goes exclusively to Pet Supplies Plus Fort Mill store for grooming. He is treated like the royalty he thinks he is by Amanda (his second ranked bff and favorite groomer ever) and the rest of the staff. The groomers here do wonders with each dog they see, and they work hard make each dog feel as comfortable as they can be. We tried several different salons before we came to PSP for grooming, and are so grateful to have found the fun, caring staff at this store. They are all so welcoming, accommodating and kind, not just to the animals, but customers as well.”
“This store is very nicely organized and has great inventory, but I noticed some of the prices were a couple dollars higher than the Tractor Supply that I normally go to. Still a very nice store though!”
“We Have Had NOTHING Less But Excellent Customer Service Skills From Julia/Our Pet's Groomer Who Is ABSOLUTELY Knowledgeable, Professional, Polite, Attentive & ALWAYS Makes Us Feel Very Welcome ❗️THANKS SO MUCH, Julia...

THERE SEEMS TO BE A SHORTAGE OF GROOMERS NOW❗️WHAT IS GOING ON ❓️It Just DOESN'T Look/Feel The Same ANYMORE With SHORTAGE Of GROOMERS ❗️We Will Be LOOKING For Some POSITIVE CHANGES In There ❗️”
“I dropped off my dog for a cut and shampoo. Drop off hours are between 7 and 9 with pickup before 3. They called me around 1:30 to pick her up. She looked beautiful and the cut was just what I was looking for. I also was able to drop in with two other dogs for a nail trim for a great price.”

“The customer service here is 10/10!! Everyone was very nice and they did an amazing job grooming my dog. He’s short haired and doesn’t get groomed on a super consistent schedule but he will definitely be returning here when he’s due!”
“Great people in the Warehouse. Driveway into office/warehouse is twisty and narrow. It was hard to stay on the pavement with my 40 ft trailer, a 53 ft trailer would be even harder. Bad design.”
“After I found this place, I will never ever spend 1 cent at Petco or Pet Smart, due to the fact that both stores tells you they treat all animals & reptiles, not true! Something happened 2 my bearded dragons leg & I called 2 see when there vet would be in, only 2 find out they don’t treat or examine bearded dragons, but they will sale them and there food! Not! So 5 stars for Pet Supplies Plus! Yes it’s a further drive for me, but when it comes to my pets which are 2 dachshunds & a bearded dragon, they are priceless 2 me! But they don’t consider bearded dragons as animals! & I was a breeder for years 4 my dachshunds & those 2 pet stores were the only place I would go to, until I adopted a bearded dragon and they wouldn’t even examine him, yet they sale them!”
“I love my dog that I adopted here, and when I am there, the staff is helpful and friendly. But when I need to get in touch with them, there is no way to reach anyone at the facility. I have had many issues trying to access my dog’s records or find out info about his vaccines. The only way to reach them is to go all the way there, because their phone number only takes you to 311 and won’t send you to their facility. I am having a hard time giving my new veterinarian info and I don’t live very close.”
“Today is August 13th 2026 the gentleman helping me to pick out my Beta fish was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful best PetSmart is a very long-standing business in this community they're always fully soft and have a variety of items and pets there's a veterinarian clinic inside this PetSmart and there's also a grooming station.”
“This is a well-run grocery store with great prices on everything. The store is always clean and organized, and the fresh produce, bakery, and ready-to-take baked goods are great features. I also like Lidl’s selection of specialty products that you don’t always find elsewhere. Overall, a great place to get quality groceries at a good price.”
“I had the pleasure of having Allyy groom my dog who is timid and scared as he was abused before I rescued him and she was absolutely WONDERFUL with him. She pays attention to his body language and knew when he was uncomfortable she was able to get his nails short and perfect! Which I thought was a lost cause with him! She was the sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with at PetSmart. I used to go to the rock hill location and honestly that whole location needs an intervention except for one groomer there Cece she’s the only competent one in that salon. This location though has some great staff and I’ll highly recommend Allyy to be your dogs groomer!”

“Personally, I did not like the seasoning on the beef on the nachos. It seems that all Mexican restaurants use that same season now. To me, it overpowers the other flavors.
Service and atmosphere were good!”
