“Unfortunately my windshield was damaged. I was recommended by a friend to give Absolute Glass a try and I went with them. Office personnel were very friendly and professional. Dealing with my insurance and handling all was OUTSTANDING. Scheduling the appointment was on spot, but them giving you a time between 8 am and 12 was kind of rough. I waited at home till 1115 when I was they called to advice me that they were on the way. It would of been a GREAT courtesy to let me know that l was LAST on the list for the 8 to 12. Tech finished and departed at 1230.”
“We were hit by another driver (they were at fault and their insurance took care of it all) and chose to get our repairs done here. Everyone was super friendly, extremely helpful and Jose was on top of it all! They did have our van for about 3 weeks due to delays from the insurance company and I was stressing I wasnt going to have it back by our vacation, but Jose stayed after hours to make sure we received our van back in time. Would VERY much recommend them and we would use them again if ever needed.”
