“Great monthly rate with military discount, much appreciated. The wash is good and very convenient. It's nice that they also use a handheld power washer on your way into the tunnel. One time after we'd had snow and the roads had been salted, employees took extra care with the power washer to wash salt off wheel wells etc. That's above and beyond! But I miss seeing the smiles of some of the long-time employees. The newer faces lack the friendliness and enthusiasm I have grown accustomed to over the years. Customer service is what sets a business apart from its competitors.”
“Came by to get my Jeep done this morning. My daughter had it for the weekend and it was pretty dang dirty! The woman at the drive up counter-such a beautiful light and funny! The gent on vacuum(vet-I’ve seen him here for years) super nice and quick as lightning. The team on outside/interior detail? So polite and paid attention to every nook and cranny. “Just bought a used car (2014 Toyota Corolla) that was in need of a good shampooing for the seats, for it was badly stained. They got it all out..seat express was only $44 for all the seats, thought it was a fair price.”
“Everything was good but the price went up to charges. A couple more dollars knowing that we can't use the water that we just waste in that couple of dollars. The therefore human though the equipment is good and everything is good. It's not worth it to me for the case a couple of dollars but a whale.”
