Made a reservation for my daughters birthday weekend. When they called to confirm the reservation I missed the call by 10 minutes and proceeded to call back every 30 minutes and didn't get an answer until they were "out of cars" 10 minutes before my appointment after trying to reach back after calling for the 2 hours prior to no avail.

I highly recommend this location. The manager and staff offer the best customer service and will do whatever it takes to accommodate your needs. They also take the time to reach out via text and email to make sure you are good. I will definitely use them whenever I need a rental. Thanks again for taking such great care of me!

Keon was so helpful and kind! I called several other locations in the area and they were nowhere near as friendly or informative. Pickup was a breeze at this specific location and they got me the right car for the right price very promptly. I was very happy with my experience. Thanks again Keon! Would absolutely rent a car from here again.

They book your reservation and give you a total which remains consistent until the very last second when you sign and get your keys. Then they hit you with a $300 refundable fee. In this economy that’s difficult for a lot of people to afford but ultimately my biggest problem is that you’re not made aware of it at any other point in the process. That feels like a deceptive business practice.

Told the guy the car was making noise. Still would not change the car out. Got home the same rep calls to bring the care back. Crazy... now I'm driving a Ford that makes nosie

Like any rental place? If you show up with the proper paperwork or they know you're coming, you'll be in and out quickly. Otherwise it may take a minute to get through. But they service a large area and have a good size fleet. I believe this is one of the better rental places around that I have used many times. They keep the cars clean and are good at documenting prior damage. That's important when you rent a lot

They were willing to pick me up from my job that was down the road when I was stranded. I got a reduced rate for using a local mechanic and they dropped me off at the mechanic when I returned my rental. All around a great experience. Shout out to Keon and the whole team really.

I called multiple rental car companies and a few different Enterprises in the area. The staff at this location were very professional and were able to get me in a car quickly, at the cheapest rate around. I recommend this location and definitely will use again when needed.

This Enterprise location in Lexington, SC on Sunset Blvd. exceeded my expectations. Enterprise is my only company for renting cars. I was recently visiting SC for the first time when I was experiencing some issues with a car that I picked up at a nearby airport. The location was close to my hotel. It was raining and I could see that the employees were busy with the customers. Kenny the manager personally took care of my problem and found me an anternate car rental. I was impressed with his customer service, politeness and overall caring. He is a true professonal and an asset to the company. I could see that Kenny and the other employees took pride in their jobs, company and everall assisting customers.

We were traveling and had issues with a rental car we picked up in Georgia. We called the nearest location which was Sunset Blvd. We stopped in and Kenny was so friendly. He helped switch us out into a safer car in no time! He was super professional and had a smile on his face the entire time - still helping everyone in the office that came in while we were there. The Lexington, SC Hwy 378 Enterprise is fantastic, thanks to their manager Kenneth. I rarely come across businesses these days that still know what customer service means much less deliver it. Ken runs a very helpful and courteous office which means I'll always keep going back.

Staff was unfriendly and rude. Not one employee said hello when we walked in kept just having a private conversation amongst themselves. Woman in office was absolutely horrible with an entitled attitude.My Husband rents every week with his company, went out of the way to go to the Lexington location hoping to get better service. Never again!

Super impressed with this location. I had called to check availability on a full sized SUV and they did not have one. Later that day they called me and let me know one came in. They quickly prepped the vehicle for me and saved me from having to go much further away to pick up a vehicle.
